We provide Bible-based therapy for married couples. At Lasting Foundation we believe that God created and designed marriage to be shared between man and woman (Genesis 2:18-25; Proverbs 5:15-19; Song of Songs; 1 Corinthians 7: 1-5; Hebrews 13:4). Sessions begin with simple and open dialogue. The goal is to provide a safe place to speak openly about intimacy issues, communication barriers, and the picture God has for your marriage. One of the greatest failures of the modern church has been (and continues to be) this idea that intimacy in marriage is a taboo subject that should never be spoken aloud. Far too many faithful followers of Jesus suffer silently, while being surrounded by their Church family. The picture of Jesus on the cross provides our example of how all intimate relationships should flow from our life. First, we align the vertical relationship with our Creator. Only by learning how Jesus loves us and teaches us to love others can our horizontal relationships thrive and flourish.
