However, for the sake of formal introductions, my name is Eric Werho and I have been married to my beautiful wife, Ashley, since 2009. We have two children that keep us exhausted, consumed, and filled with joy.
I received my Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University in 2016 and I have been in private practice since 2018. My faith in Jesus has been the bedrock of my adult life. Although I was raised in the Church, I had taken a path that was selfish and indulgent. I am thankful for God’s grace in my life. My passion for helping married couples was born out of my own misconceptions, perceived inadequacies, and selfishness. I love God’s perfect picture of the Bride and the Bridegroom. Following Christ and pursuing a relationship with Him is the coolest adventure I’ve ever been on and it keeps getting more and more awesome!

Couples Session
This service is available locally to the Montgomery, AL, area or via video conferencing. This session is a safe place for couple’s to express marital issues and intimacy related problems within their marital relationship. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Here we begin the journey together to strengthen the marriage relationship.
60 minute sessions are $60
Talk therapy
This service is available locally to the Montgomery, AL, area or via video conferencing. This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are scheduled weekly. We offer this meeting for individuals whose partners’ have chosen not to join their spouse in marriage therapy or who would rather address certain issues one-on-one. If your spouse is not ready to attend please respect their decision. We ALWAYS strive to work on ourselves first before we critique or ask others to change (Matthew 7: 3,4).
60 minute sessions are $40

We do not accept insurance, nor do we have any relationship with any Managed Care Organizations. Current diagnostic and treatment protocols do not include sin, redemption, or anything Christ-centered. The secular approach to marital fullness and intimacy is in stark contrast to what we believe, as it is stated in the Bible. Secular and humanistic theories conflict with the nature of man according to the Bible. Therefore, a Christian therapist is going to view problems, their cure and causation, from a different perspective. Sessions are priced at a modest cost in order to make help possible for anyone that would like it. Our pricing is a reflection of our desire to help others change while respecting the out-of-pocket cost that our clients incur.
